Desert Discovery Days for Kids | Participatory Storytime

Join us this summer as we get in touch with nature and make some desert discoveries! Each week will focus on a different desert theme – from cacti to clouds, come gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for the desert we call home. There is something for everyone this summer at Desert Discovery Days! All ages are welcome.

THURSDAYS
Free Play | 8:30 – 9 am
Open-ended activities such as blocks, magnets, coloring, etc.
Participatory Storytime | 9 – 10 am
Embark on an enchanting adventure! Our docents will read engaging stories with prompts for children to participate.
Plus, kids can create their own prompts through a crafting activity. Join us for a magical experience that combines storytelling and creativity!
Free Play | 10 – 10:30 am
