YOGA in the GARDENS

Tuesdays January 23 and 30 and February 6, 13, 20 and 27. $10 members, $10 plus admission for general public. 9:30 to 10:30am in the Performance Garden. Pay cash to the Instructor directly.
Outdoor yoga with Mary Carhuff! Mary is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist. All are welcome! Open your senses to an understanding of our connection to the earth. All are encouraged to practice at their own pace and modifications will be demonstrated. Please bring your own mat, water and dress in layers. Stroll the grounds or brunch in the Bistro afterwards and take in the beauty of the gardens.
