Please bring your mat, water, and anything else that makes your practice easeful. After practice take in the gardens or enjoy the culinary offerings of the Bistro.

Tucson native, Katie Innes has over 10+ years of in-studio yoga practice. Katie is currently teaching Hatha and Vinyasa styles as well as experience offering meditation-based classes utilizing yoga Nidra style. She is passionate about expanding Yoga and mindfulness to all age levels, with an emphasis on safety within the poses, body positivity, and inclusivity for all.
