Do you have the passion to capture the splendor of nature through your camera? Want to learn how to take great outdoor shots? This might be just the Nature and Landscape Photography course that will get you started. Give yourself an excuse to get outside and explore the beauty of Tucson Botanical Gardens with your camera! This class, taught and guided by William Walther and Peggy Steffens is designed around the idea of taking time in nature to make photos of plants, flowers, critters, landscapes and more. The bulk of the class is about getting outside and taking pictures with targeted instruction on basic composition, nature photography, close up / macro photography, landscape photography, and the use of props. For this class you can use any camera or smart phone that you know how to operate.
No refund will be issued less than 15 days prior to any Community Class. A $10 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds. No refunds will be issued for special events.
We reserve the right to cancel Community Classes due to insufficient registration, garden closure, or inclement weather, in which case, participants will receive a full refund. People with disabilities should make requests for accommodation as early as possible to allow time to make appropriate arrangements.
