Mosaic Dragonfly Plaque

The arrival of spring brings more wildlife – in the air, on the ground, all around! Have you noticed any dragonflies flitting about? Although dragonflies require water to reproduce, you can find them miles from any water source. Join mosaic artist, David Jarvinen as he features this wonderful dragonfly plaque mosaic project measuring approximately 7″ x 10″. Learn how to add contrast and interest by using porcelain tiles to create the dragonfly and then manipulate shimmering, colorful glass tiles to complete the background. This workshop will last approximately four hours. Please bring a beverage and/or snacks as there are no formal breaks.
