Spring has sprung! Join us on the first day of spring at the Desert Botanical Gardens and immerse yourself in the beauty and diversity of the plants that thrive in the desert. Utilize your reciprocal admissions membership benefit and explore the five designated walking trails spread across DBG’s 55-acre garden. Witness the seasonal blooms and venture along the Harriet K. Maxwell Desert Wildflower Trail, observing various pollinators foraging from fresh spring flowers. Immerse yourself in the Center for Desert Living Trail, enjoying the fragrant herbs from shady spots along the path.

Amidst the spring blooms, don’t miss the Fernando Botero: The Master exhibit, where two monumental cast bronze sculptures are displayed in the gardens and view his work in the Desert Botanic Garden’s gallery. The cost of this Ed-Venture includes transportation to the Desert Botanical Garden, as well as snacks and drinks for the journey. Pack a sack lunch to savor amidst the gardens or reserve a table at the garden eatery, Gertrude’s Restaurant.
