Introduction to T’ai Chi Chih

Join instructor, Laura Star, to learn a selected series of T’ai Chi Chih (tie chee cha) movements. This flowing, moving meditation is easy to learn with many benefits including peace of mind, improved health, balance, and joy. Please wear completely flat shoes (no athletic shoes).
