Frosty Trivet Tile Mosaic

Let’s face it, Tucson is not likely to get snowfall this winter, but mosaic artist and instructor, David Jarvinen will guide you through the process of creating your own adorable Frosty the Snowman 6 x 6” trivet tile guaranteed not to melt! Join us and use glass tiles to explore the art of mosaic with this fun, predesigned seasonal project. You will explore how to break down glass tiles with wheeled nipper for easiest uses. If you can crack a nut, you can make mosaics! Keep this jolly fellow for yourself or give him away as a holiday gift. All materials are provided. No formal breaks are included so please bring lunch and/or snacks and a beverage. Masks will be required in keeping with Tohono Chul’s current Covid-19 policies.
