Learn to Do It Yourself! DIY DESERT GARDEN DESIGN leads you step-by-step through various design considerations, including the unique growing conditions of the Sonoran Desert, water conservation, aesthetics and selecting arid adapted plants. Participants will develop a working landscape plan for their space which will permit them to implement the design themselves or successfully employ professional help. Taught by the Garden’s All-Star Docents, this 6-part series will provide you with the information and inspiration you need to plan a personal, beautiful and successful garden in our unique desert environment.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
No refund will be issued less than 15 days prior to any Community Class. A $10 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds. No refunds will be issued for special events.
We reserve the right to cancel Community Classes due to insufficient registration, garden closure, or inclement weather, in which case, participants will receive a full refund. People with disabilities should make requests for accommodation as early as possible to allow time to make appropriate arrangements.
