DESCRIPTION:Learn to identify resident reptiles and find the answer to the age-old question\, “Why do lizards do push-ups?” Get to know some friendly\, non-venomous snakes\, and perhaps a lizard or tortoise or two. We’ll even introduce you to a few venomous reptiles as well\, like a rattlesnake and maybe a Gila monster\, all to illustrate how we can learn to live together in the desert! \nReptile Ramble is each Friday from 10 – 11 am through May 26\, 2023. We also will discuss the many benefits of fungi to the garden and gardener alike. Participants will have the opportunity to create and take home a grow bag of oyster mushrooms\, with the know how to keep them going all season long. This class is intended as an easy approachable guide to growing edible mushrooms at home without spending $$$ on equipment. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nInstructor \nChad Borseth\n\n\nChad Borseth is a life long resident and gardener of southern Arizona.
