Mary is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist.  All are welcome!  Open your senses to an understanding of our connection to the earth while you practice amongst pollinators in a beautiful garden setting. All are encouraged to practice at their own pace and modifications will be demonstrated. Please bring your own mat\, a water bottle\, and a hat. Stay and enjoy the beauty of the gardens after class! \n$10 members | $10 plus cost of admission for the general public \nStudents pay instructor directly | Preregistration not required

This balance focused class is broken up into seated yoga followed by standing poses using the chair for balance. Chairs will be provided.
