All are encouraged to practice at their own pace and modifications will be demonstrated. Please bring your own mat and dress in layers. DESCRIPTION:Sold out! If you would like to be added to the wait list please email khayes@tohonochul.org . \nWe are lucky to live in a region with hummingbirds year round. But they zip in and out of our yards and gardens so quickly – here one minute\, gone the next! Mosaic artist and instructor\, David Jarvinen has developed a free form wall mounted project that will allow you to capture a hummingbird in time. You will use glass tiles to express the graceful movements and composition of a hummingbird in flight. All materials are provided. No formal breaks are included so please bring lunch and/or snacks and a beverage. Masks will be required in keeping with Tohono Chul’s current Covid-19 policies.

This balance focused class is broken up into 30 minutes of seated yoga followed by 30 minutes of standing poses using the chair for balance. Chairs will be provided.
